Meeting in the Admin Conference Room: One option for adults during Sunday School will be a series of workshops- each week focusing on a different spiritual practice. There will be a teaching, time to experience each practice (if appropriate), some helpful ways to integrate the practice in your own life, and resources for further reading and reflection.
