The Prince William County Department of Social Services works in partnership with Servants at Work (SAW) a non-profit entity of the Cooperative Council of Ministries, to operate the Bill Mehr Drop-In Center. The Bill Mehr Drop-In Center provides meals, showers, clothing, and opportunities for spiritual and social interaction. The center also provides assistance in meeting health, employment, education, and housing needs through referrals, programming and partnering with other agencies.

The Bill Mehr Drop-In Center is located at 14716 Potomac Mills Rd, Woodbridge, VA 22191.
