As many heard Scott Lingamfelter share in church last Sunday, ASC grounds are maintained predominately by volunteers.

We now need more volunteers to adopt bedding areas whose carers have moved or are no longer able to take care of the plots. Training on the care of any adopted beds is available.

There are small bedding areas, like the strips along the driveway or the circle in the front of the church, and larger bedding areas, like the one on the right side of the front doors.

There is also a gardener working a bed near the office that is seeking a partner to share in the upkeep.

Whether you like contemplative solo gardening or getting to know others by sharing the task, or even making it a shared family experience, consider devoting even one morning a month towards maintaining a bedding area.
